The pivot shoe you are showing us looks a little damaged, even maybe broken. It's ok. We can help you with that. See our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-181 double support clip, and 15-182 coil bushing. The coil spring that can go with this system is our Series 190. Please provide us with the stamped number on your coil in order for us to provide the appropriate replacement part number for the coil.

Yea. Definitely send us some photos of the lock along with measurements and we will be happy to help you find a replacement.

Yes, it's broken, looks like a typical Colorado sun/heat exposure issue! Plastic doesn't do well here!
I was able to disassemble the clip and bushing. Using measurements off the parts and the website, I ordered replacements. I believe I ordered the exact parts you listed.
There were to be here yesterday, hopefully today, then I will reassemble it all!
The only issue now is when the window fell, it broke one of the locks. I cannot seem to find a replacement.
Should I post an image of that as well?
