Coil Balance replacement

Hello, Hello.I've attached the only P/N for the window assembly that i could find. The window dimensions are written in on the window frame photo. The house was built in 1999/2000 I believe, and it seems that numerous windows have at least one coil balance broken, but I don't see any pivot shoes broken, but I assume that replacing the coil balances and pivot shoes throughout makes the most sense.Your help with the correct replacement part numbers would be greatly appreciated.ThanksGreg

Hey Greg. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. This system is modular, meaning you only need to replace what is broken--however, I would recommend replacing anything that looks aged. Let me know if you have further questions.
