Coil Balance replacement parts, need exact replacement

I need the exact replacement parts for my windows coil balance, it has broken and it seems to look like there are two coils in it.

Hi and thanks for posting. It looks like you have either are Series 165 or Series 160. The only difference between the two is how 'wide' the coil is. The Series 165 is 3/8" wide, whereas the Series 160 is 1/2" wide. Compare those dimensions with your own and see what you think matches best.
