Please identify which type of balancer I would need.

I think you might have our Series 190 coil spring. Keep in mind this is generally used with our 15-180 pivot shoe, so if this pivot shoe is what you have then I think that the Series 190 would be a good place to start. You will need the number printed on the old spring to confirm the best match.
