Coil Balancers - Unfamiliar

Question

We have several bad unfamiliar balancers on a home.  Can you help identify the part please?  I would like to change the whole balancer (including the "block" with the two screws) if it is cost effective.

Thanks for posting. It's difficult to say precisely what coil balances you need without a clearer picture of the pivot shoe. The identity of the pivot shoe determines the identity of the coil balances needed. I believe you might have our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Springs; but you'll need to remove the pivot shoe and compare to confirm. Let us know what you find.
