Hi,
Please see the attached parts. The with of the housing is 1 1/4" and there is a stamp of 5FD on the actual coils themselves. Any help would be greatley appreciated!

It's tough to say what you need without seeing the pivot shoe, but based on the cover and spring this might be our S140-05. Look this assembly over and see what you think.
