Coil Balances

Thanks for posting. This is a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. For the clip and bushing, see the 15-186 and 15-182. Pricing is listed on the respective shop pages for all of these parts. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Don't worry about the length of the coils--barring some rare exceptions there should be ample travel with the Series 190 springs. You do however have to choose a spring weight, which designates the weight each individual coil can support. Look for stamps on the old springs, near the tongue of the spring usually, that indicates this. If there is none, or you're unsure, no worries; just weigh the window sash. Give me that exact weight and I can work out the spring weights needed.
