Need a new coil- balance for an American craftsman double hung tilt and wash window. I sent a picture yesterday and still haven't received a response. Picture below

Your hardware looks like an older version of our 15-180 balance shoe which uses the Series 190 coil springs. Compare the dimensions to see what you think.
