Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 that is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs or the 3/8" thick coil springs. 

You will need to remove and measure to confirm the right fit.

The original coils should be stamped with a number that indicates the weighted spring needed, but if not, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward with assistance.
