Coil Replacement

Question

Hello, I have a Traco bathroom window from maybe the early 1990's. The spring has broken. Replacement cassettes might not be a bad idea either. The window measures 27 3/8" wide X 20 15/16" high X 1 1/2" thick. Using my bathroom digital scale it weighs 14 lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!! Bryan

Hi Bryan. See our 15-087 Housing Pivot. This shoe is compatible with our Series 180 Coil Springs. If your window sash weighs 14 lbs, then an S180-7 7 lb coil spring on each side of the sash should work for you. Let us know if you have any other questions.
