Coil Replacement

Question

I need to replace the coils and shoes for 3 windows. So I would need the right and left. (I've attached a picture of all the parts I need). There is a marking on the coil that says 408 J.

I've also attached a second picture of another part I need measures 3 and 1/4 in length. Again this is for 3 windows.

The window has no brand or number that I can locate. Any help identifying the right replacement would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello, thank you for posting,

The outer part of the pivot shoe appears to be missing, but based on the other parts shown, I believe you can use the 15-192 pivot shoe with the S170-408 coil spring. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.

Your pivot bar is an older version that can be replaced with the 26-175 style.
