Coil Spring Balance?

Hello to You,

I have 2 windows that won't stay open. I think I need new coil spring balances, but I'm no expert.

These windows are ~20 years old and I'm not the original owner, so I don't know who is the manufacturer.

The picture is from the left side of the window. I want to replace both sides. Also included the window bottom.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe appears to be an older version of our 15-180, which is designed to use the Series 190 coil springs. Your original coils should have stamp codes on them that you'll use to choose the corresponding strength option.
