Coil Spring Balance for a "smaller" MI Window

I need to replace two coil spring balances on a MI Window. As the pictures show, they are double coil and the only marking in the number 7 stamped onto the metal of the coil spring.

Hey there. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-181 Double Clip, and 15-182 drums. This setup uses Series 190 Coil Balance springs. For any spring stamped 7 use the S190-740. Let me know if you have further questions.
