Coil is 1/2 inch wide and has an "8" stamped near the tongue.
Tongue appears less pointed. Which replacement would you recommend?

Would the S190-840 coil spring appear what I'm needing?

I agree that your photos appear to match the 15-180 balance shoe, which is compatible with the S190-840 coil spring. Thanks for posting!
