Sash is 20 lbs. No markings - builder grade window. Shoe is broken. 1 1/4 x 1 3/8 shoe assembly. overall 2 1/2" tall. 9/16th thick

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 15-175 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses our Series 152 Coil Springs. Let me know if you have any further questions.
