I've purchased replacement/repair parts from you in the past, but this time I'm stumped. The photo shows the part I'm looking for.

Hello!

This appears to be a coil support. We should be able to help but I'll need more information so that I can track down a match. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe, preferably removed from the window track?

I wasn't sure how to remove it without buggering everything up, but here's a pretty definitive pic. I really appreciate your help.

Our 15-228 comes to mind. I'll also post a video below that will show you how to remove your hardware with the cutout method. Once you remove yours, see how the specifications compare with our pivot shoe. The compatible coil springs are either the 1/2" thick Series 160, or 3/8" thick Series 165.
