Balance shoe 15-180, coil spring 190, need to know if it is 190-440 or higher.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm afraid I would not be ablet to determine the exact coil spring you need based on the window model information. If there aren't any stamps on the coils to indicate that, you'll need confirm the sash weight.

One of the windows weights 20 lbs, it has two coil springs, one on each side. The coil used for another window shows the stamp of 5, and there are 4 coil springs, two on each side. Please let me know the models of these two different coil springs. Thank you very much for your help.

Since the sash weighs 20lbs, you'll need to take that weight and divide it by the number of coils in the window, as described in the video.

You've also mentioned they are all marked with a 5, so you'll need S190-540.
