Coil Springs American Window

Question

need two coil springs for my window , both broke. they are 1/2 wide and have an e on the spring. the manufacturer I believe is american window in jersy. The spring has a 1/8 hook at the end of the spring that atatchs to the slide. Can you help me?

I don't think this type of coil spring is made anymore. I'm not sure what can be used as a replacement, though. To confirm, can you show me a picture of the pivot shoe to which this spring attaches? That will act as a kind of "key" and allow us to determine everything else you need.
