Hi folks,
I've got a front picture windw, that appears to be double hung with the tilt out feature. The bottom does not stay up. I've confirmed the window is seated in the pivot lock and that the coil springs have tension. However, I am guessing the coil springs are old and have weakened.
The bottomw window portion is roughly 40.5" x 29.5". I have attached the sticker I found on he inside 'side' of the window, but I do not see a model name and am not sure what numbers are relevant.
Would you be able to help determine what coild springs I need? I'm also guessing I might as well replace the pivot lock?
Please let me know.

Hi there Tony.
Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell your exact pivot shoe but take a look at the 15-191 which is similar. This is used with the 1/2" Series 160 coil springs (sold separately). Review the specifications and see what you think.
Can you weigh the window sash and get back to us with the precise weight? That will allow me to determine the appropriate coil spring weights.
