Coil and balance

Thanks for contacting us! Your coil balance pivot shoe looks like it could be our 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove the assembly and carefully compare the measurements.

The compatible coil balance spring is the Series 160 Coil balance. To determine exactly which spring is needed for your assembly, you'll need to check for any stamps/markings on the existing coil. 

If there aren't any stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. Once you have the weight, you'll need to divide it by the total number of coils in the window. This will give you the spring strength you need.

The compatible support (the cover) is the 15-150S 1/2" Coil Single Support.
