Hello,

This housing a match for the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. I'm confident this is the replacement you need but compare the dimensions to confirm.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 180 Coil Balance. The housing is marked with a 10, so you'll need the S180-10.

Be sure to double check the window for the coil balance mounting bracket, as you'll need it for the installation.
