I'm looking for replacement balances that look like this(see pics). It is 1/2" wide and printed on it is 6.5 ( I imagine that means lbs) and 33"
I see you have a similar balance the 165 egress that is 3/8 wide. Would these work? I"m really stuck as I can't seem to find a replacement. Would I also need to replace the coil support and pivot shoe? I really appreciate your suggestions.
Greetings from SWISCO. The pivot shoe you show strongly resembles our 15-111 that uses thew 1/2" Series 160 coil spring. Take a closer look at the S160-6 spring based on the stamping you gave, "6.5" I do want to mention the manufacturer has discontinued the spring with the extended tongue. It has since been shortened. Don't worry. It will not interfere with your window performance.
