Coil balance

My window right side of coil balance was broken, and I need to replace it. Here is my window model info-
Silverline CPD# SIL-N-5
8501 double hung vinyl dua glazed
18892216*1*5*1.2

It was installed in 2011.
If you could help me to ID the replacement part, that will be great.

Greetings! We can certainly help with this. It helps to know that this is for a Silverline window, but we'll still need to see a photo of your coil system to determine the right replacement. From there, we'll let you know exactly what you need!

Thanks for getting back to us! I still can't quite see the pivot shoe in these photos, but I'm pretty sure you're working with the 15-087. This is compatible with our Series 180 Coil Springs. Let us know if you have any further questions!
