Thanks for writing in. This support system looks like our 15-251, which uses our Series 160 Coil Springs. Look for stamp codes on the springs to determine what spring weight you need. If there are none, or you are uncertain, weigh your window sash. Give us that exact weight, and we'll work out what you need.
