Need the coil support cover. I have included a picture with the coil balance itself.

Hello,
Your assembly resembles our 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. The coils use our 15-156 cover and 15-157 drums. Thanks for posting!
