springs are broken. not sure of housing is broken, but they appear to be OK.

What spring does this use? what complete assembly what replace this?

I believe these are from American Heritage(HD) double hung.

Your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-087, which is designed to work with the Series 180 spring. Look these parts over and let me know what you think.

Hello, Ron. This balance assembly appears to match the one pictured above. have you reviewed the 15-087 and Series 180 that I recommended above? If not, I highly recommend that that be your next step.
