Coil balance

Question

Possibly Jeld Wen brand windows. Coil is 1/2" wide. The only marking I see looks like a C .They are out of a vinyl wondow that I had to cut a small section out of the top of the channel to remove. Do you also sell any type of cover for the top of the channel after balance replacement ? I have several windows needing balance replacement. This coil is out of one of the smaller windows.

The 15-175 pivot shoe in your photo is compatible with our 1/2" wide series 152 coil springs. If your coils don't have any numbers included in the stamp, you'll need to weigh the sash and divide the weight by the number of coils on both sides of the window to choose the correct stamp option.
