Coil balance

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement for this coil balance.  Are you able to help identify based on this picture?

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, we can't determine what you need with the hardware still installed in the window. We would need you to remove an intact coil balance assembly, including the pivot shoe and coil springs, to compare to our inventory.
