What coil balance do I need? There is a number 7 embossed on it. Thank you

Thanks for posting. It's a bit tough to tell from this angle, but I believe that's a 15-180 Pivot Shoe. If so, this shoe uses Series 190 Coil Balances. A '7' stamp suggests you need an S190-740 7 pound spring. Let me know if you have further questions.
