Coil balance

Your coil balance assembly resembles the 15-087 pivot housing that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs along with the 16-031 mounting bracket. 

I cannot confirm if the housing is marked with a 9 or a 6.

You will need to weigh the window sash to confirm the correct weighted coil to use. 

If the sash weight is 12 pounds, you can use (1) S180-6 on each side of the window.

For a 18 pound sash, you can use (1) S180-9 on each side.
