Coil balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you need a new pivot carrier and coil spring. I recommend our 15-087 and Series 180 coil, respectively. Look these parts over and see what you think.

As for removal, there should be a cutout at the top of the track that will let you pop these out. If not, you'll have to make one. We have a video guide that describes how this is done.
