We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an intact pivot shoe fully removed from the window to narrow down your options. I'd recommend checking the other side or an identical window in the house. See the videos related on this page in the meantime. If the client needs new sash locks as well, we'll need yo to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to narrow down your options. Thank you!
