Hello could you please help me identify which coil balance assembly do I need for my windows? I believe it's an old castle manufacture. thank you

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, along with the 15-186 Coil balance clip and 15-182 Bushing. This hardware works with Series 190 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have further questions.
