Coil balance

Thanks for posting. Yes, we should be able to help, but we'll need you to remove the assembly from the window and show us pictures of the pivot shoe the coil springs attach to. See the video below. The identity of the pivot shoe will narrow down the coil balance system you need. We also would like to know the 'thickness' of the coil spring tape in that housing. It will be either 3/8" or 1/2". We should be able to narrow this down from there.
