Thanks for your post! Your balance assembly reminds me of the 15-102 Double Side Load Carrier. This is compatible with the Series 145 Coil Balance.

I am not able to cross-reference the stamp from your coils so I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash to determine the correct coils. Take a look at our video tutorial below for instructions on selecting the coil springs.
