Coil balance

Question

Looking from the inside i have a broke coil balance on the right side for the bottom sash of a double hung window. Not sure of the brand name but looking to get this fixed!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I recommend the 15-087 pivot shoe. This is used with the Series 180 coil springs which are sold separately. The video below will go over how to determine the appropriate coil weights.
