What do I need need to replace broken coil balance for double hung window, weight 10.7 lb?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an intact coil spring and the pivot shoe they anchor to fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us! We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but take a look at the 15-228. Review the specifications and see if you think this could work for you.

Dimensions for 15-228

You can use one S160-05 5.5-pound coil spring and 15-150S support on each side of the window. Take a look and see what you think.
