Hey there. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe. It works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. For the double support, see the 15-181 and 15-182 drums.

How would I know which number balance stamp to get?
If I buy and it doesn't work could I return it?

For the spring weights for each replacement coil spring, look for stamps on the old springs that indicate what to get. If there are no stamps or you're unsure, weigh the widow sash these balances support. You can use that weight to calculate what you need. See the video below.
