Coil balance

Hello,

I need this coil balance. They are broken. I weigh the window and it was 13 lbs. can you help
me identify these items.

Hello there. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe. It works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs sold separately. If the window weighs exactly 13 pounds or a little over, use the S180-07 7 pound springs, one for each side of the window sash. That'll give you 14 pounds of overall support (being within 1 pound of the actual sash weight is ideal).
