Not sure which series to order as replacement and don't know where to find "3" on your site.

User submitted a photo of a window balance.

The photo shows two different springs. Both appear to match our 1/2" Series 160 coil spring. One is S160-6 and the other is S160-3. Check this hardware out and see what you think.
