Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-087 that uses the Series 180 coil springs. For a double coil setup, see the 15-086 tandem housing. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

The original coil springs should have a number stamped into the metal that indicates the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.
