Coil balance broke and place shoe and top part??

A quick learner from Camp Hill, PA says:
Approx. 20 yr old BF Rich window, 28"x ~48". can't find similar parts on website. The measured depth is 1/2", width 1-1/4". I think it say 6 pounds (maybe 9 if reading upside down), but 6 lbs seem right for size of window??

Hello,

It's a shame that BF Rich went out of business but we believe you can use our 15-228 pivot shoe and you're correct that you would need a six-pound coil spring, our S160-6. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for replying. I have one other question. Besides the pivot shoe and coil balance, isn't there another piece the coil attached to and is mounted with a screw half way up the window channel (shown to the right of the photo)?

I suspect that you're referring to the 15-150S coil support, which can be found, along with other parts commonly used with this assembly, under the related items section on the S160-6 product page.
