Coil balance broken

I have a single hung sash that will no longer stay up and I believe the Balance Coil has failed.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S220-06 6-pound assembly. You will also need the S180-06 coil spring. You can reuse the old tandem housing if it's in good shape, but see the 15-086 (sold separately) if you need a new one. Review the specifications for these parts and let us know if you have any questions.
