Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches shown below to yours.

As for the coil balance, I would start by removing the original hardware from the window to compare to the 15-191 pivot shoe, which uses the S160 coil springs and related items shown on our product pages. Thanks for posting!
