Coil balance broken on left

Question

New homeowner and it looks like the plastic around the shoe on the left side snapped and window won't stay open. The double coil on the right side looks faulty as well? I'd like to replace both sides. I want to make sure I buy the right parts. It's a single hung window, tilt sash. 34W, 36H. Not sure what balance weight to pick. Feels over 10lbs, maybe 15? Thanks so much!!!

This looks like a 15-180 Coil Balance shoe, which is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Balances. To know what spring weights to choose, please weigh the window sash on a scale. Give me that exact weight, and I can work out what you need.
