Coil balance for a conerstone window

Thanks for the photos. Although, the window track obstructs the view of the balance assembly, so it is difficult to make an accurate recommendation. I'll need to see it removed from the window track to see its design. You'll also need to have it remove to review and compare its dimensions.

The pivot shoe you have is the 15-228 Pivot Shoe. While I am confident this shoe is an exact match, be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them.

The compatible coil balance spring is the 1/2" thick Series 160. Since yours are stamped with a #7.5, you'll need the S160-07. The cover can be replaced with the 15-150S.
