Coil balance for windows

When I tried to get these replacement parts for my windows, the home depot said they needed to know what brand my windows are. The only indication of this is a number, G-X7166, which I assume is the serial number. Can you identify these parts and/or the brand of window based on that serial number?

There's no need to know who made the window to replace this coil balance. What you have here is an older version of our 15-180 pivot shoe, which is designed to be used with the Series 190 spring. We also sell the 15-181 clip and 15-182 bushing, if you needed those. I am very confident this hardware will work for you.
