Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your pivot shoe is discontinued and we don't know of a substitute. The 15-087 pivot shoe, which uses the S180 springs, is similar but we don't know if it will replace your old part. It's 1/2" thick and 1-3/16" wide so we recommend you remove the old shoe and compare the dimensions to see how they align. Let us know what you think or if you have any questions.

You'll have to weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the total number of springs in the window to determine the proper spring weights. Feel free to get back to us with the sash weight and we can calculate what you'd need from there. All orders can be placed on our website as well.
