Question

Windows are no-name, contractor grade, single hung panes, though double glazed.
Bottom pane weighs 20 lbs.
Coil insert measures 1 1/4" wide (at widest part that fits in channel), 3" top to bottom. Cam lock measures 5/8" on inside, 13/16" on outside edge.

Your balance resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

We do not have a single coil setup that can add up to support 20 pounds of weight, so the replacement will require switching to a double coil setup. You would need to use (2) S190-540 coil springs on each side of the window along with the 15-181 support clip. Along with the 15-182 coil bushing per spring.
