Good morning,
We are looking for some replacement parts for one of our projects.
The pivot she is marked 720D on the inside.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to write out the thickness and width for your pivot shoe in order to determine a match.

Hmm, we don't have any pivot shoes that are 11/16" thick. Could you triple check that measurement for us?

Since you're missing the center cam, we are assuming your pivot bar is similar to our 26-441 (1/2" X 5/16"). The pivot shoe that relates to this bar is our 15-120. Even though we have it at 3/4" thick, it is slightly less (47/64"). Review the dimensions and see what you think.
